Kurt Pilecki brings more than 18 years of high-level experience in private equity, investment banking, capital raising, and operational scaling. As a Partner at Bison Capital Asset Management, he has been directly involved in the investment, raising, and successful exit of over $1.5 billion in public and private capital. Prior to joining Bison Capital in 2008, he worked in CIBC World Markets’ Healthcare investment banking group in New York City. He has served on the Board of Directors for multiple portfolio companies and brings deep expertise in growth strategy, capital formation, and scaling middle-market businesses.
