A Connecticut native and graduate of Eastern Connecticut State University, Lane was an NCAA Lacrosse All- American, having earned numerous national and team titles. In the decade following his graduation from Eastern, he developed award-winning coaching and training programs that focused on not just sports and on-field performance, but also provided strong character development, integrity, and technical efficacy results for program participants.

Lane has transitioned his training programs to provide for exemplary small business and corporate employee performance, successfully providing major gains within the Farmer’s Cow brand of companies.
