Milestone Paves the Way for StartEngine Campaign in Late September 2025

(FCDC) and The Farmer’s Cow, LLC have reached an exciting milestone by finalizing their strategic plan to grow and manage The Farmer’s Cow brand. This plan focuses on three core areas: retail and distribution, Café and food service operations, and clean energy & waste-to-resource development — this all-encompassing ecosystem forming a nationally positioned circular economy for family farms and their surrounding communities. Over the coming weeks and months, FCDC will roll out specific initiatives to strengthen the brand, expand its reach, and connect with both existing and new customers.

The first initiative is already underway with the launch of a new line of premium cheddar cheeses under The Farmer’s Cow brand. This follows a partnership agreement signed on August 16, 2025, with ShelfSpace Marketing, a leading firm in brand development. Led by Tony Cusano, ShelfSpace is helping introduce these cheeses to stores, building on a transformative partnership between FCDC and The Farmer’s Cow, LLC, announced in March 2025. This agreement positioned FCDC as the brand’s management leader, setting the stage for current growth and expansion plans.

The cheddar cheese launch aligns with FCDC’s preparations for a StartEngine crowdfunding campaign in late September 2025, aiming to raise $2 million at a $27 million valuation. This funding will support ambitious goals, including opening 5 corporate and 20 franchise locations of The Farmer’s Cow Café & Creamery by Q4 2027. The cheeses will soon appear in major grocery stores like Whole Foods, Stop & Shop, and Big Y, where the brand is already well-known.

The second initiative focuses on sharing The Farmer’s Cow’s story through educational programs and multimedia campaigns. These efforts will highlight the brand’s rich history, farming and community support. By showcasing their history, values, and future vision of The Farmer’s Cow, the videos aim to connect with customers across Connecticut, New England, and nationwide. This storytelling project is led by Eighty Six Media, a skilled producer of films, documentaries, and promotional content with a strong track record in creating inspiring stories for diverse audiences.
