What began in Q4 2019 as a licensing agreement for FC Development Corp. to develop The Farmer’s Cow Calfé & Creamery—the fast-casual division of the iconic Connecticut-based farming cooperative—has now blossomed into a comprehensive and dynamic alliance. Under a newly finalized agreement, FC Development Corp. will now take the helm as the brand management and expansion entity for The Farmer’s Cow brand across its entire ecosystem, encompassing new product distribution, cleanenergy brand & project development, marketing, and overall growth of the brand – beginning immediately with the cooperation to expand and strengthen the retail division.
This milestone comes after years of navigating unprecedented challenges, including the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic mere months after the initial agreement, followed by supply chain disruptions and rising inflation. Undeterred, the partnership between FC Development Corp. and The Farmer’s Cow, LLC thrived – a bond forged through unrelenting commitment, like the farmers have dedicated to this brand for over 20 years.
